Digitalization

In order to preserve and at the same time facilitate access to its documentary collection, the AGA offers its users the possibility of obtaining in digital format the photographs of the documents necessary for their research. All photographic work is carried out at the Archive's headquarters by qualified personnel using digital procedures. If you wish to publish images, please refer to the PUBLICATIONS.

The images will be sent within two (2) to three (3) weeks after the form is submitted.

Please note before submitting the following form:

1. Send an e-mail to archiviogen@osacuria.org to obtain from the personnel in charge, the topographic signature of the material to be digitized and the respective budget.
2. Please make the payment via bank transfer using the following account details:

3. The Secretariat of the Archive will proceed with the digitalization order only when it has received the form.
